Responsibilities include interacting with Premium clients, facility staff, and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled, and handling all upgrades and ancillary transactions.
The role requires welcoming VIP members, memorizing their names, providing excellent service, and building relationships to ensure guests have the best possible experience.
