Job Summary

  • As Manager Service Operations, you are responsible for the technical support of our dealers, managing the contract portfolio for Renault Trucks Netherlands, executing our fleet management activities, and processing warranty and contract claims.
  • You will lead the Field Service Engineers who provide technical support and identify necessary technical improvements and implement product improvements.
  • You are able to communicate our vision and strategy for service contracts to our dealers and are the first point of contact for questions about our calculation system, pricing, and contract terms.
