This full-time on-site role is accountable to the General Manager, Lansdowne Centre, for increasing and diversifying Lansdowne Centre’s revenue streams by temporary leasing and sponsorship opportunities of the shopping centre’s common areas, vacant retail units, parking lot, and storage spaces.
Develops and implements a Specialty Leasing Business Plan and Temporary Leasing Program to increase and diversify revenue streams generated at the property.
