Job Summary
This role involves double-hatting as a functional HR Business Partner and Country HR Business Partner for multiple countries within the region.
The successful candidate will manage core HR programs including talent reviews, promotions, remuneration, and employee surveys across Hub APAC.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of employees based in Singapore and Malaysia while partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic workforce planning.
