Medicare Medi-cal Medicaid knowledge
Utilization review activities
Care planning and assessment

Certified Case Manager (CCM) certificate
PCC Knowledge preferred
Two years clinical nursing experience
Excellent time management skills
Intermediate computer skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
RN license preferred; LVN/LPN acceptable
Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-cal, and Medicaid programs
