Job Summary

  • Support the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenance and lead the Engineering department to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the centre in the areas of preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company’s policies.
  • Lendlease offers a permanent position with 20 days annual leave, wellbeing leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, and inpatient coverage for self and dependant.
