Job Summary
Program Assistants are required to complete an in-person training (held June 15-19) and live on campus during the entirety of the program.
The objectives of Summer Bridge are to create a community of scholars; provide academic preparation; provide leadership training and introduce students to research.
Program assistants will support the professional staff in achieving these objectives by facilitating activities and seminars, providing direct instruction to program participants, and modeling the behavior and values of the Millennium Scholars Program.
