Job Summary

  • The Associate Director provides operational leadership and technical oversight of maintenance activities for the sterile product manufacturing site while ensuring equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • This role actively participates in major capital projects and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle considerations are incorporated into equipment design.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
  • Practical experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements and safety regulations

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with potent compound manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Integrated Facilities Management organizations
  • Experience participating in Factory Acceptance Tests
  • Exposure to predictive maintenance technologies like vibration analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and retain maintenance technicians

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Seven (7) years of maintenance experience in pharma/biotech
  • Three (3) years in a supervisory or team-lead role
  • Sterile manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • No VISA sponsorship available
