Job Summary
The Weather Content Producer & On-Air Weather Fill-In will produce and distribute content elements across several media platforms, as well as deliver on-air weather content when needed.
Ensures that all weather content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality, and writes web stories detailing the local forecast on a daily basis.
Works closely with the weather team and management to develop comprehensive weather coverage and responds to breaking and/or severe weather events and other urgent newsrooms situations as required.
