Lead and manage a cross-regional team of Underwriting Assistants, setting clear metrics and acting as the primary point of contact for business services provided by Operations.
Actively contribute to the further development and transformation of the standard Commercial Underwriting platform and cross-departmental company solutions/initiatives.
