Troubleshooting Foundation fieldbus and conventional instruments

Use of CMMS for maintenance history
Knowledge of communication protocols like Profibus and Modbus
Support during project and shutdown activities
Nice-to-have
Programming and troubleshooting Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC/HMIs
Experience with SCADA/BMS systems like DesigoCC-Siemens
Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems or SAP
Exposure to energy reduction measures and ISO Energy Management
Good safety practices including Safety Gemba
Root cause analysis of instrument breakdowns
Key Requirements
B.E. Instrumentation degree
7+ years pharma industry experience
Basic knowledge of cGMP engineering documents
Experience with Delta V DCS and DesigoCC-Siemens BMS
Knowledge of project documents like P&ID and PFD
Experience in instrumentation maintenance documentation
