Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years plus fund accounting experience
Strong PC skills including Excel Macros
Experience with NAV calculation and pricing
Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice-to-have
Experience with Paxus, Geneva, or eFront software
Background in Private Equity or Venture Capital
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Participative management style for staff development
Experience with alternative investment fund structures
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of fund accounting experience
Educational background preferably in accounting
Proficiency in fund administration software tools
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
