Job Summary

• The Outcomes Manager is responsible for establishing, tracking, and reporting outcomes to demonstrate degree of knowledge, change in competency, and/or change in practice/performance, as a result of participation in accredited medical education activities.
• This role depends upon knowledge of CME/CE outcomes standards (e.g., Outcomes Standardization Project), an understanding of statistical analysis, an ability to narrow in and highlight important data, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
