Job Summary

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of thermal spray equipment, ensuring efficient operation, including daily inspection, clamping, gun alignment, parameter setting, and trial spraying of APS spraying equipment.
  • Independently prepare metallographic samples, conduct preliminary microscopic observation and analysis, and provide accurate sample testing reports.
  • Strictly implement on-site safety regulations, ensure labor protection, ventilation, and fire prevention measures are in place to guarantee a safe working environment.

  • Familiarity with APS spraying equipment operation
  • Proficiency in sandblasting, masking, and post-spraying disassembly
  • Experience in preparing metallographic samples
  • Familiarity with key component maintenance (spray gun, powder feeder)
  • Strong safety awareness
