Job Summary

  • Provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess, identify, manage, and treat skin conditions including abrasions, ulcers, infections, and other dermatologic concerns.
  • Accurately document resident assessments, treatments, and responses in the medical record while maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
