Job Summary

• This Associate Director position is responsible for engaging Lilly Medicine Foundry business and technical leaders, scientists, external suppliers, and strategic partners to manage the portfolio of applications and development roadmaps.
• Key responsibilities include recruiting, leading and developing a group of dedicated technology professionals and delivering a range of vendor provided or custom solutions and critical platforms.
• Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
