Job Summary

  • This role supports the successful delivery of business change initiatives across global operations with a focus on business readiness.
  • The Change Delivery Manager will coordinate non-technical aspects of change delivery alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.
  • This position serves as a stepping stone toward senior delivery leadership roles such as an Epic Delivery Owner or Programme Manager.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years project change delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in health insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management
  • Exposure to Epic or Feature-level delivery
  • Knowledge of Jira Confluence and Microsoft Project
  • Proactive and delivery-focused mindset
