Key Requirements
Minimum age 21 years
Valid Indiana Chauffeur’s Driver’s License
Current DOT Medical Certification
Pass pre-offer Driver Road Test Certification
1-2 years warehouse/material handling experience
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain
1-2 years box truck driving experience preferred
Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, stand
Familiarity with vehicle safety and DOT compliance
