Job Summary
Manages quality initiatives and performance improvement projects by effectively interacting with management and the Compliance department.
Leads or directs quality and education initiatives, ensuring implementation of task forces and action plans aimed at maintaining Rochester Regional Health Home Care and Hospice as a leader in Home Care quality.
Supports the Orientation of new staff throughout the agency, meeting the learning needs of staff and promoting staff retention, quality health care, employee growth, and personal wellness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
5 years of experience in clinical licensure area
Active NYS licensure as RN, PT, OT, SLP, or LMSW
Master's degree in healthcare field preferred
3-5 years of experience leading Quality Assurance/Improvement
Prior management experience preferred
Experience with OASIS, ICD-10 coding, Home Health Star Ratings, Home Health Value Based Purchasing, and CMS Home Care and Hospice Quality Reporting Programs
