Lead the Engineered Systems-wide program and construction management service line, providing a shared pool of program managers, project managers, construction managers, and controls professionals across all markets.
Define and maintain standardized PM/CM frameworks, processes, and tools for use across all markets, and own ES-wide project delivery methodologies.
Build and manage an ES-wide pool of PMs, program directors, construction managers, and project controls staff, defining career paths and training curricula.
