Job Summary
This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the distillation purification processes and equipment to sustain and continuously improve specialty chemical manufacturing processes.
Drive a “Safety First” culture by performing equipment, process, and behavioral audits and recommending/implementing solutions to risks.
Coach and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with New Product Development team on introduction of new products into manufacturing.
