Job Summary
As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury.
Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans. KPI’s based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours.
You will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success.
