The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing residents and reporting any errors or reactions.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs and adherence to all facility policies and procedures to ensure safe and accurate medication processes.
