Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for member-facing case management, including receiving and processing HCBS referrals for IDD, Non-IDD, and FSSP Waivers and programs.
  • The county operates primarily on a 4 day/10-hour work week. (Monday-Thursday); Human Services works a mix of 4 day/10-hour or 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
