This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and customers to accelerate revenue and adoption of Workday AI across enterprises.
You will guide strategic enterprise AI opportunities through critical portions of the sales journey while engaging with C-level executives including CHRO, CIO, and CFO.
The position offers a flexible work approach requiring at least half of each quarter spent in-office or in the field with customers and partners.

Salary
Base: $148,000 - $222,000 USD (Bay Area); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years in AI sales or strategy roles
Experience with Fortune 500 enterprise clients
Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations
Deep understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts
Ability to map AI capabilities to business value
Nice-to-have
HR technology experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Workday HCM/ERP platforms
Experience in regulated industries
Entrepreneurial mindset in high-growth environments
