Job Summary

The role involves administering the conduct risk framework and Balanced Scorecard framework, setting sales advisory standards, and assessing policy replacement appeals.
You will work with the Learning & Development team to raise business quality and sales advisory standards, and support the Lead in conducting training to the Agency Force.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience
