Job Summary

  • Conducts a physical therapy evaluation of each patient and establishes a plan of care and treatment goals.
  • Manages assigned caseload for optimal functional and financial outcomes; reviews caseload for Low Utilization Payment Adjustments (LUPA), optimal number of visits based on progress, Prospective Payment Plan (PPS), and Outcome Based Quality Initiatives (OBQI) outcomes.
