Key responsibilities include managing third-party Technical Managers, overseeing vessel technical matters, providing technical expertise for newbuilds and fleet development, and conducting OPEX analysis and dry-dock planning.
The role involves managing fleet retrofit projects such as ESD, EGCS, and BWTS installations, and requires regular vessel attendance for dry-dock preparation and supervision.
