The role involves providing vocational and educational support through the NAVIGATE program and requires strong communication and case management skills.

Job Summary
This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services associated with the NAVIGATE program’s Supportive Employment and Education Specialist (SEE) and other case management services to our clients who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The SEE specialist will engage in collaboration with clients and their families and may intervene with employers and academic professionals to assist clients with obtaining, retaining, completing, or transitioning vocational and/or educational objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, English, Speech Communication, Social Work, or related field plus Two (2) years of experience
High School Diploma plus six (6) years of related experience
Mental Health Paraprofessional certification within 90 days of hire
