  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in project/program management
  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Prior industry experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical device, biopharma
  • PMP certification highly desired
  • Change management certification a plus
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
