Job Summary
You’ll be the heart of our Indigenous employee support initiatives, walking alongside team members offering cultural guidance, emotional support, and career development.
Your role will include facilitating regular “yarns” and mentor visits, supporting individual career plans, promoting Sodexo’s Reconciliation Action Plan, and engaging with Traditional Owners and Elders.
