Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling all incoming calls to our call center and assisting callers regarding the company’s programs.
  • Handles customers' first report of claims and maintains a continual working knowledge of our client’s products, services and promotions.
  • Completes a variety of forms and documents, delivers service utilizing prescribed standards, and researches, responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion.
