• Provide strategic leadership and business partnership to UMMH hiring teams, developing a robust recruitment strategy to support UMMH and driving performance across all talent acquisition disciplines.
• Cultivate and lead a team of highly proficient and experienced Managers in Talent Acquisition, overseeing onboarding coordinators, sourcers, and consultants focused on critical hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies ensuring the recruitment of the most qualified and diverse talent for UMMH, while leading with a continuous improvement mindset.
