Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.
