Job Summary

  • The Project Operations Specialist provides dual support to the Project Management function by managing small-scale, flow-type projects that require basic project management and direct customer communication, while also acting as a PMO-style resource to strengthen overall team operations.
  • The role is responsible for monitoring PM KPIs, coordinating PMI dispatching and utilization, supporting the Zone Director of Project Management in driving improvements, and leading selected internal operational initiatives (Ops Mechs) to enhance efficiency and standard work across the team.
