  • Valid Ontario Class C or B licence with Z endorsement
  • Clean driving record over past 3 years
  • Ability to obtain MTO Signing Authority status
  • Rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Experience delivering in-house employee training programs

Nice-to-have

  • Post-Secondary Degree in Adult Education
  • Experience as a Peer Trainer
  • Understanding of transit operations and systems
  • Knowledge of ATU Collective Agreement
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 education (OSSD)
  • Valid Ontario Class C or B licence with Z endorsement
  • 3 years minimum experience with clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain MTO Signing Authority status
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
