Job Summary

• You will own the delivery of scalable benefit platform solutions that will deliver meaningful value to customers, reduce complexity, and enable our product and technology teams to execute faster.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to deliver API-driven solutions for customers and end consumers.
• Lead agile delivery across multiple engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
