Job Summary

  • The Project Controls Lead (PCL) will be responsible to implement the Core Portfolio’s defined reporting, planning, cost control, risk, baseline and change ways of working within a Core Region in the Portfolio.
  • Support the Core PMO Management Team (e.g. Planning & Scheduling, Pipeline, Risk, Resource & Process and PMO Reporting) to define and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement across the Regions.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields, or equivalent professional qualifications and experience
  • Practitioner level capability in advanced planning and scheduling
  • Proficient in cost control and progress management
  • Proficient in change management
  • Experience implementing project controls KPIs
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MSP, P6/OPC, SAP, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CEMAR, PBI
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with NEC4 ECC Options C and E contracts
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Proficient in managing dynamic project environments
  • Speak, read and write in English – Excellent level
