  • As People Partner NL you are responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, Employees and Philips People Services on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Your role: Oversee and manage cases of absence and sick leave, collaborating with People Leaders to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For this role it means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
