Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervision on medium to large construction sites
EHS performance monitoring and auditing
Contractor safety compliance management
Incident management and EHS metrics reporting
Hazard assessment evaluation and coaching
Nice-to-have
Experience with data centre projects
Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders
Participation in design reviews and training
Support EHS initiatives and programs
Strong communication and advisory skills
Key Requirements
At least 10 years supervision experience
Experience with data centre projects in live environments
Ability to conduct monthly EHS audits
Knowledge of hazard assessments (RAMS, JHAs, ARTs)
