  • Develops, implements, and enforces BIM procedures and workflows across the programme.
  • Supports project design and construction activities, ensuring all Client BIM requirements are fulfilled by the various stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Chartered Engineer Status
  • 15 years’ experience in management of Major Infrastructure project
  • Expert-level proficiency in CAD, MicroStation, Revit
  • Extensive experience managing and reviewing BIM models
  • Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes
  • Experience establishing and enforcing BIM execution plans
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering principles in a railway environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) usage
  • Thorough understanding of Task Information Delivery Plan/Master Information Delivery Plan
