• The Contract Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in helping patients access life-changing medicines by managing Market Access, including Master Data, Contracting, Membership, Chargebacks, and Rebates.
• Responsibilities include validating, monitoring, and updating customer master data, processing and analyzing customer activity using chargebacks and rebate data, and interpreting contract language to ensure accurate reimbursements.
