  • The Reporting & Insights Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously evolving the global FP&A reporting and insights landscape, serving as the central point of contact for all FP&A reporting matters globally.
  • This role will partner with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to identify reporting gaps, detect performance blind spots, and generate actionable insights, shifting reporting from descriptive to insight-driven performance analysis.
  • Success looks like reporting that drives decision-making rather than just describes performance, with a standardized, scalable global reporting framework and clear governance over all reporting initiatives.
