Must-have
5 years industrial HVAC experience
Chiller and cooling tower expertise
Reading blueprints and P&IDs
Lockout/tagout safety procedures
Troubleshooting mechanical electrical components
Nice-to-have
Plumbing or Pipefitter license preferred
Forklift operation experience
Multi-skilled technician background
Chemical or aerospace industry exposure
