Oversee end-to-end project delivery in alignment with contracted scope, timelines, SOPs, and Work Plans, proactively identifying project risks and implementing early warning and contingency plans.
Provide direct or matrix oversight of project management staff, coaching and mentoring junior team members on project delivery, planning, risk management, and client engagement.
