Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and executing the Company's government affairs strategy across an assigned multi-state region (approximately 10-20 states).
  • They will lead legislative and regulatory engagement; manage contract lobbyists where appropriate; monitor and respond to policy developments; and partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to protect and strengthen the Company's market position.
