  • The Senior Manager drives the strategy behind internal storytelling and employee engagement campaigns that bring company priorities, cultural initiatives, and People and Places programs to life.
  • This role sits within the broader Communications, Workplace and Experiences team, working cross-functionally to help ensure employees understand where the company is headed, how their work contributes to our success, and the difference Klaviyo makes for our customers.

  • Experience developing internal campaigns, storytelling programs, or employee engagement initiatives preferred
