  • This role is critical in enabling the Payments & Digital Assets directorate to operate effectively and deliver highly impactful outcomes, including supporting the integration of Payment Systems Regulator responsibilities into the FCA.
  • Responsibilities include leading business planning, strengthening divisional decision-making, enabling meaningful change, building an inclusive workforce, championing learning and development, and amplifying colleague voice and engagement.
