Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Architecture or related field plus 2 years design experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years progressive post-bachelor’s design experience
  • Experience with Passive House, LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Net Zero certifications
  • Experience with financial services, education, developer, and technology clients
  • Experience coordinating consultants including lighting, PV, energy modelers, and engineers
  • Experience with Federal, State, and local sustainability regulations and incentives
