Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
  • The role requires reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to supervisors immediately while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
